Our service includes our sleek satellite bar setup, cups, straws, napkins, garnishes, fresh mixers, and our house-made infused syrups. We also supply ice, coolers, and a custom menu sign to match your event’s style. Plus, we craft two signature cocktails designed just for you! All you need to provide is the alcohol, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our quote will include our bartending services, satellite bar rental, bar supplies, disposable cups, straws, ice, coolers, beverage napkins, fresh mixers, house-made syrups, custom bar menu & garnishes.

Each event is a little different depending on what kind of drinks you would like to be served, how many people will be attending, where the event is, and how long the event will be.

We are based in Wilmington, NC and can travel all over North Carolina. After a certain milage we will charge a small fee per mile.

In North Carolina, mobile bars typically cannot provide alcohol due to state regulations. The person hiring the mobile bar service is required to supply the alcohol and obtain a one-time alcohol permit as per local laws, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Yes, The Cocktail Coupe has liquor liability insurance, as well as general liability insurance.

Once we have chosen a date and set price, we will send over an invoice and contract. A 50% deposit is required the date of booking to secure your date.
