What do you provide?

We provide everything needed to elevate your event’s bar experience! Our service includes our sleek satellite bar setup, cups, straws, napkins, garnishes, fresh mixers, and our house-made infused syrups. We also supply ice, coolers, and a custom menu sign to match your event’s style. Plus, we craft two signature cocktails designed just for you! All you need to provide is the alcohol, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Whats included in the quote?

Our quote will include our bartending services, satellite bar rental, bar supplies, disposable cups, straws, ice, coolers, beverage napkins, fresh mixers, house-made syrups, custom bar menu & garnishes. *Alcohol is NOT included
What type of events do you service?

Any event you can think of! We serve any event, from weddings, to baby showers, to work events, to bridal showers and fundraisers. You let us know, and we'll be there!
What does it cost to rent the mobile bar?

Each event is a little different depending on what kind of drinks you would like to be served, how many people will be attending, where the event is, and how long the event will be. If you would like a quote, feel free to fill out our contact form. We will look into those questions and get back to you as soon as possible!
How far do you travel?

We are based in Wilmington, NC and can travel all over North Carolina. After a certain milage we will charge a small fee per mile.
What drinks do you serve?

We serve any drinks you’d like! From beer and wine to specialty cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks, we've got you covered. Just let us know your preferences, and we'll create the perfect menu for your event!
Do you provide the alcohol?

In North Carolina, mobile bars typically cannot provide alcohol due to state regulations. The person hiring the mobile bar service is required to supply the alcohol and obtain a one-time alcohol permit as per local laws, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Do you provide the bartenders?

Absolutely! We provide the ideal number of bartenders to ensure every guest enjoys a fantastic experience, regardless of your event’s size.
Can the bar go inside?

Yes, our bar setup is versatile and can be arranged indoors or outdoors, depending on your event's needs and space!
Are you insured?

Yes, The Cocktail Coupe has liquor liability insurance, as well as general liability insurance.
What is required to secure my date?

Once we have chosen a date and set price, we will send over an invoice and contract. A 50% deposit is required the date of booking to secure your date.
What happens if it rains?

No worries! We’re prepared with flexible options to set up in a sheltered area or move indoors to keep the bar service running smoothly and your guests comfortable.
