At The Cocktail Coupe, we make it easy to create a personalized bar experience. Our pricing is simple and tailored to your event’s duration, guest count, drink menu, and the number of bartenders needed. From handcrafted cocktails to a sleek, professional setup, we’ve got every detail covered so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Let’s make your event one to remember!

How it Works

Step 1: Inquire

Start by filling out our inquiry form, and you’ll receive an email from us to schedule a quick phone call. This gives us a chance to chat, get to know you, and learn more about your vision. After our call, we’ll create a customized quote tailored to your event and send it your way!

Step 2: Confirm Your Booking

Once the details are confirmed, we’ll send a request for a 50% deposit to secure your date in our calendar. You’ll also receive a contract via email to review and sign, officially finalizing the booking. Flexible payment plans can be set up, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event.

Step 3: Plan Your Custom Menu

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll work with you to create a custom drink menu that fits your event’s theme and taste. Plus, we’ll prepare a detailed alcohol shopping list to make stocking your bar easy and stress-free!

We are currently working on obtaining our liquor delivery permit. In the meantime, we’ll make things simple by providing a detailed shopping list so you’ll know exactly what you need for your event—no guesswork required! Our quotes are clear and broken down, so there are no surprises. We’re here to make the process easy and stress-free, letting you focus on celebrating while we take care of the details.
